Shipping & Returns:
Orders are normally shipped within 48-72 business hours of being entered into our system. If this timeframe can not be met due to touring schedules or any another reason, you will be contacted. We ship via First Class mail with the US Post Office. Other carriers and methods are available upon request and may incur an extra shipping charge. You will be notified by email about any out-of-stock/back orders or discontinued items. Defective merchandise can be returned for replacement with the same item, within 60 days of purchase. Please contact us so that the arrangements for a replacement can be made.
Check or Money Order
If you would like to place an order by mail with payment by check or money order,create an account just as if you were placing an on-line credit card order. Then when you are checking out of the website, select the payment option of “Check or Money Order”. At the end of the checkout procedure, you will then be given the order total and information on where to mail your payment. This will also create an order in our system that will be waiting for your payment.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
USA orders $3.75 for the first item, $1.00 more for each additional item. Canadian orders $7.75 for the first item, $1.00 more for each additional item. Currently, we are only configured to accept orders from the USA and Canada. If you are in another country and would like to only order CDs, we welcome you to order through our alternate store at http://cdbaby.com/all/dsb”.
